get-shit-done （简称 GSD）就是为这个问题设计的一层”工作流与上下文工程系统”。 本文基于官方 README 和 User Guide，总结一份可以直接落地的使用文档。 1 GSD 是什么？ 适合谁？ GSD 的定位不是”另一个模型”，而是”编排层（orchestration layer）”：

项目名字很有意思，叫 GSD ——也就是 Get Shit Done，一看就是个实干派。 这个项目的作者是一位独立开发者，名字叫 TÂCHES。 他的理念很直接：「我不写代码——Claude Code 写代码」。 但他发现，现有的 AI 编程工具要么太复杂，搞了一堆敏捷仪式、故事点数这些企业级流程；要么就是缺少对项目的全局理解，写出来的代码一到规模就掉链子。 于是他决定自己搞一个。 不要复杂的企业级角色扮演，就是一个简单高效的系统，能让 AI 真正靠谱地把事情做好。 这就是 GSD 诞生的初衷。 GSD 本质上是一个轻量级但功能强大的元提示、上下文工程和规范驱动开发系统。

GSD 未必是最完美的方案，但它指了个方向：AI 越来越强，我们需要更好的工程方法来驾驭它。 至于是神器还是过度工程？ 看你自己： 预算充足、项目复杂、愿意投入学习时间，GSD 可能是神器。 只想快速原型、对成本敏感，Aider 或 PAUL 可能更适合。
